  • Provide Full and Accurate Site Survey Showing Existing Layout
  • Coordination with Mall/Landlord team for access
  • Full measurements/dimensions on sketches (NTS)
  • Completed Survey sheet to review all site conditions as they exist
  • Identifying any potential challenges visible
  • Access to and Reports on Ancillary spaces and/or possible access rooms, if applicable
  • Floor Grid Survey verifying existing Site Conditions

  • Complete site layout including:
    • Walls,
    • Lighting fixtures,
    • Mechanical grills,
    • Trenching/coring locations
    • Including chalk and clear coat cover

installations

  • Millwork
    • Site Carpentry
    • Millwork Installations
    • Store furniture and fixtures
    • Washroom Accessories
  • Blocking and Backing
    • Preparing, cutting, milling & installing ¾” Fire rated plywood
    • Installing 18-gauge metal backing
    • Pictures for location confirmation
